Description(English)	The designer applies materials which are as simple as possible to show structure of the building and design which is as less as possible to endow the space infinite imagination.1st Floor is the service counter of sand map area and multimedia exhibition hall. 2nd floor contains business meeting, show and entertainment area of the sales center. In contrast with the thickness and weight on 1st floor, 2nd floor is more pure and lithe. The circle void area on the 2nd floor is the luminous point of the area from where the sand map can be overlooked. This offers great convenience for the business meeting.
Description(Native)	设计团队将售楼中心作为展示区的观景平台，提供了“样板兼公园”的全景视角.售楼中心建筑面积约为1700平方米，共分为三层。设计师用尽可能简单的材料，来表现建筑本身的构成，用最少的设计，赋予空间无限的想象。建筑外立面运用倾斜的古铜色穿孔板百叶呈现出一个通透、灵动的立面形态。好似一颗会呼吸的种子，建筑夹杂着土地特有的质朴，从泥土中生长出来，在一呼一吸间进行着光合作用。设计师在一层的天井别有用心的设计了一个庭院，“丘陵”与景石的搭配，在不经意间呈现了一份颇具“枯山水”意蕴的恬淡与雅致。一层为项目沙盘区域叠加服务台和多媒体展厅功能。沙盘外形与售楼中心外形呼应呈椭圆形，沙盘上空环绕特制艺术吊灯，宛如璀璨的星河，让生硬的混凝土也变得柔和起来。在这纯粹的空间中，仰望“天空”，仿佛感受到的只有光与影的交错与时空的交叠。二层承载了售楼中心的商务洽谈、展示及休闲功能。比起一层混凝土的厚重与质朴，二层空间更多了些许轻盈与纯粹。空间以白色为基调，调和阳光照射下洒进来的彩虹光影，无疑就是对空间最好的润色。二层的圆形中空区域是空间之中的点睛之笔，从这里可以直接俯瞰到一层的项目沙盘，为洽谈与商务合作提供了十足的便利。设计师通过合理的销售引导动线规划，让人的行为与空间形成「互动式」演绎。利用钢丝软隔断营造半围合的洽谈空间，素色的异形沙发，点缀优雅的饰品摆件，为洽谈空间营造出更加轻松气氛。
