Nayoung Kim is a Product Design Manager who strives towards a better user experience through design thinking. She is based in San Francisco and is currently employed at Google as a design manager, focusing on Google Search Ads. Prior to her current role, she served as a Director of Product Design at Yelp, where she led the business owner experience teams. Before her tenure at Yelp, Nayoung worked as a lead product designer and design manager at Apple, where she led and provided user experience for Apple ID management and Family Sharing across all platforms (iOS, MacOS, web). Nayoung's career as a product designer began at Adobe, where she served as a lead UX designer for Flash, Edge Animate, and contributed to the early Creative Cloud subscription model. Nayoung holds a B.A. in Industrial Design from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), South Korea, as well as a Master of Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University.
