Description(English) | BTS’ 2nd album ‘WINGS’ reflects ‘Boy meets evil’ concept throughout its creative by applying ideas from the famous novel <Demian>. The album’s main theme can be summarized by following quotes from the same novel: “The bird fights its way out of the egg. The egg is the world. Who would be born must first destroy a world. The bird flies to God. The God’s name is Abraxas.” The name ‘WINGS’ and as well as the logo come from these symbols and meanings from the story - Relationship diagram of BTS members made of 4 collective dots - The album is comprised of 4 versions of W.I.N.G |
Description(Native) | K-pop 보이그룹인 BTS는 새로운[WINGS]앨범 프로젝트로 단순히 한 보이그룹의 앨범 로고만을 위한 디자인이 아니다. 각 7명의 맴버들만의 뜻이 있는 개별 로고와 총 4개의 앨범 구성으로 이루어지는 조합 로고 까지 플렉시블 한 브랜딩 디자인을 하였다. 자칫 복잡해질 수 있는 다양한 조합의 로고들을 통합할 수 있는 ‘점'으로 표현하여 절재의 미를 강조 하였다. 이로써 모든 대중과 팬들에게 일관되게 경험할 수 있도록 브랜드 경험 디자인을 진행하였다. WINGS앨범 브랜드 이미지를 나타낼수 있는 핵심 가치를 절재를 통한 통합적인 그래픽인 '점'으로 표현하도록 하였다. |
