Description(English)	This exclusive self-service kiosk solution is integrated with the hotel’s own operating system. By inserting a credit card or typing valid reservation number for identification, guests can follow a simple instructions using touchscreen to check-in and obtain a room key. The low screen is only enabled for personal information protection also when a keyboard is needed. By inserting a room key, travelers can review and confirm their bill and printing out a receipt to check-out. This solution provides fast check-in/out ; reducing time spent waiting in queues, improving customer satisfaction and maximizing employees’ effectiveness.
Description(Native)	본 제품은 국내 호텔시장에 최초로 도입된 '호텔 셀프 체크인/아웃 키오스크 시스템'으로 현재 호텔에서 운영하고 있는 자체 운영관리 시스템 환경에 최적화된 통합 솔루션 입니다. 결재 예약카드를 키오스크 단말기에 삽입 또는 예약확인 번호 입력 후 본인인증이 완료가 되면 예약절차 안내에 따라 터치화면을 이용하여 예약 진행을 합니다. 모든 절차가 종료되는 즉시 객실카드키는 키오스크를 통해 자동으로 발급이 됩니다. 개인정보보호를 위하여 해당 정보는 하단 디스플레이 화면으로 시야를 제한하며, 자판 입력이 요구 될 경우 가상키보드가 하단 화면영역에 자동으로 표출 됩니다. 본 제품의 사용목적은 호텔 투숙객의 체크인/아웃 대기시간을 줄이고, 호텔 직원의 업무효율을 높이며 투숙객의 서비스 만족도를 향상시키는데 있습니다.
