Description(English) | In addition to the arrangement of lines of moving, when it comes to the design style, the designer also presents distinctive functional space according to different materials of various colors, textures and tactile sensation, such as leather, copper, marble brick, steel bar and so on. At the same time, material properties need to be considered in the selection of materials, due to needs of the commercial space environment to be continuously maintained and the necessity to further reduce the maintenance cost in the later period. |
Description(Native) | 這是壹個舊改項目,原址也是電影院,但隨著消費結構與商業模式的變遷,原有的影院已經不適合當下年輕消費的需求。甲方希望我們創造出壹個全新功能導向及獨具“體驗感消費場景”的高端影院。 與普通影院的不同之處在於,由於受到建築本身限制,整個影院被分布在四個樓層中,功能區域被切割,每層樓面積及大小都不盡相同,那麽如何把所有功能區域合理規劃?這是本次設計思考的重要。 首先,電影院的盈利空間在於輕食售賣,因此,空間動線需要引導消費者去往不同的售賣區,下面兩層主要是以售票區域與外帶區域為主,上面兩層則作為影廳。 這樣輕食區就成為通往影廳的必經之路,為消費行為的發生提供了有力的條件。上面兩層主要為影廳,提供更為純粹的觀影環境。 除了動線的安排,在設計風格上,設計師也根據不同的材料屬性,將皮革、古銅、大理石磚、鋼條……等不同色調,肌理,觸感的材料,通過設計的手法演繹出壹個個功能空間,同時在材料的選擇上,需要考慮到材料屬性,商業空間環境需要不斷進行維護,所以需要進壹步降低後期維護成本。 雖然我們在設計中強調“體驗感消費場景”對當下商業環境的重要性,但設計的思考不僅僅體現在視覺的張力上,更多是對材料的把控,對動線的安排,以及背後那些看不見數不清的的邏輯。 |
