Description(English)	The curved lines of the vaulted roof give a sense of expansiveness to the interior space and the characteristic large sash window in one corner of the living room gives the interior space an outdoor atmosphere when open. While the building structure is mainly reinforced concrete, the roof is a wooden structure consisting of a series of continuous arches built with CLT panels that required extremely precise planning and construction techniques to implement. The floor color is emerald green, which evokes the shallow waters of the ocean. The entrance is reminiscent of the undersea, with a white, shell-like staircase floating in the air.
Description(Native)	ヴォールトの屋根の曲線が内部空間に広がりを与え、リビングの一角にある特徴的な大きなサッシ窓は、開放時には屋外のような雰囲気を室内空間に与える。建物の構造はRC（鉄筋コンクリート）が主体だが、屋根は7m×900mmのCLT（Cross Laminated Timber：直交集成板）パネルを用いた連続アーチの木造構造であり、この設計を実現するには、極めて緻密な計画と施工技術が必要だった。床の色は、海の浅瀬を思わせるエメラルドグリーン。エントランスは海の中をイメージし、白い巻貝のような階段が浮かんでいる。また、インフィニティプール、薪サウナ、ジャグジー、アウトドアキッチンといった、大切な家族や仲間とゆったりと過ごすための、充実したアメニティを計画した。
