Description(English)	Having the advantage of high ceiling height, a multi-function wooden box is introduced to define the space to its best proportion and so as to provide sufficient storage volume for the owners. An elevated leisure space above the Box creates a special location to overlook the entire apartment. The passage spaces are full utilized as part of the kitchen & dining area. Extendable dining table provides flexibility for 6-8 people in this 463 sq. ft apartment. A big storage platform are concealed perfectly in the wooden deck extending from the living area to the bedroom, showing a subtle gesture as a smooth & gentle transition of spaces.
Description(Native)	開揚的視野和簡約的空間感是今次這個設計項目的重點。單位座落於較偏遠的位置，在香港寸金呎土的高密度環境下，少有地享有優美的低密度綠化景緻. 由於單位擁有充足的天花高度，配合戶主的生活需要，設計上以一個多功能木盒子，作為定調整個設計的重要空間元素。 往木盒子上層的樓梯，按不同用法和高度，善用了每一吋的空間。在向玄關的位置，留有收納小椅子的空間方便穿著鞋子, 配合木盒子樓梯的高度，在較高的空間提供了貯放額外 摺合椅子的地方，以及方便自動吸塵機械人的位置； 樓梯的高低比例適中，可以正常地使用上落，令木盒子上方的空間更容易到達和享用。木盒子內主要是一個可充份使用的衣廚，為這個單位提供主要的生活貯物空間，關上玻璃趟門後，這個多功能的空間亦低調地配襯著客飯廳。木盒子上方的小客房，除了可以招待訪客，平時是一個可以輕鬆偷閒，讓戶主享受獨處小休的小角落; 同時亦能俯瞰整個生活空間，保持一定程度的連繫。 客廳的地台流暢地延伸至睡房的空間，配合簡約的趟門，空間可以自然無縫地連接，在這面積不大的單位，視覺上更有空間感。 單位內有充沛的日光，室外優閒的景色和室內自然色調和諧地相互配合。實木餐桌自然的紋理和客廳吊燈織藤物料燈罩，為整體設計帶來多一個層次的質感。開放式廚房緊接著飯廳，加上可以擴大的伸縮餐桌，可按需要靈活變動以迎合不同的空間需要。
