Description(English) | Situated in the heart of downtown Taipei, this hot pot restaurant seems to have inherited the streaming lights of the city. Inspired by the symbols of salt and light found in the gospel of Matthews, the design seeks to solidify and make central the most ephemeral of elements—billowing steam that signifies the coming together of people for hot pot. In the stage lit space, light and steam intersect in infinite planes, accentuated by the blurred, translucent boundaries of glass partitions. Like so many pieces of cut crystal, these extend the space visually while partitioning it, refracting a universe of scintillating lights. |
Description(Native) | 座落於市中心百貨高樓的撈王火鍋店,有如駕臨於台北最燈火通明的區域,順勢襲染了一身的流光燦色,以光聚火般的饗食意圖,吸引了、並啟動了人們的感官食慾。 此案,思考餐館設計的軸心邏輯是以聖經馬太福音章節內的光鹽傳說為潛思維,引經據典以微妙轉化成空間分割與細部設計的元素;讓原有熱氣凝聚的既定空間感知,輕盈化為另類飲食體驗,攜鍊出此火鍋餐飲業者提供異於其他同業者的特殊食材與服務流程。而設計師意圖將人們食用習性與空間經驗化為一體,於是,在熱氣呼呼的場域中,火光食色的空間引線將成為互相交疊、延展與穿透的介質,因而各部分的空間切割,不以實牆作為劃分基礎,而以數片結晶切割式的白繪描邊線條飾彩玻璃,縱向、橫向地穿插在各席間作為軟間隔用材,此結晶般的玻璃介質兼具延伸與區隔的作用,亦為視覺焦點亦可處處傳遞出光與鹽融合之意涵與意象,當燈光折射輝映於上,撒佈宛如點點星光。 低彩度的材質使用,將演繹光的繽紛,以至於明暗層次隨之流轉,揭示了空間層次。整體空間以低阻隔性的席位間隔設計,作為空間界線的分野,在中央客席區設計以數座十字型黃銅細線吊燈,融合了點燃古典油燈的曲線,以油燈引領前路的意涵。廚房區開了長型橫向的透明視窗,平行對稱於另一端點客席區橫向隔牆,讓餐廳中央密集的席客區,被水平長窗拉寬拉開,將兩側的席位區與烹煮區的視野(正在進行的用餐與烹煮動作)演繹成動態的展演現場。全區以黑玻璃鏡面的反射延伸效果,拉深天花挑高尺度,墨染般的天花又因光線均勻的飾點整體空間如潛行中的明光暗火,讓饌食時刻間或澆灌以神聖。 |
