| Description(English) | Contemporary interior style was featured to create a warm space with easy sophistication. The design pays attention to decorative details, and a concise colour palette to achieve a balanced contemporary style home with simplicity, clean lines, and various textures. A concrete feature wall in the living room and the minimalistic interior makes the prefect combination to add classy touch to the space. The semi-open kitchen is also one of the highlights in the apartment, the designer combined the original maid’s room on the layout and the kitchen to build a relatively large cooking space to create enjoyable cooking experience in an open kitchen. |
| Description(Native) | 一個充滿設計感的空間, 為了滿足房子裡每個人的需求, 設計師採用了一種新穎，舒適的現代主義方法, 使整個設計令人感到溫暖舒適. 單位內使用了大量偏向自然的物料, 木材條子牆身, 大量的白色, 電視機後特色牆用上泥水紋藝術漆. 另外在構思整個單位設計時, 由於想配合室外的優美自然海景, 在選擇傢俬上, 設計師盡量以顏色及用料上配合. 例如梳化選擇了海藍色的布藝, 茶几亦選用了弧形立面的木茶几, 帶出了這個室內空間的衝突又不突兀的感覺。室內的用色及用料混搭起來後, 有一種無印風的簡約感. 單位另一設計重點，在半開放式的廚房。「站在開放廚戶備餐或沖煮咖啡，視線恰可觸及家人及客人，客廳與窗外風景，亦可與家人溫馨互動，活潑輕鬆的生活場境猶如日劇場境。」這是戶主的本意。因此設計師在設計廚房時，把原有工人房及廚房打通，建造了一個相對較大的廚房煮食空間。廚房門設計了一對隱藏式的黑框清玻璃趟門，關上時可有效阻隔油煙，清玻璃亦不阻隔視線，在客廳望向門口時有連接整個空間的作用。選料亦能配合整個空間的簡約無印風格。 |
