Description(English)	'The Monday Burger Club' is a social club that contributes to environmental protection by offering burgers made with sustainable ingredients every Monday. The production of traditional burger ingredients, including meat and dairy, involves deforestation of tropical forests and emits a significant amount of greenhouse gases. To address this issue, many plant-based foods have been introduced, but spaces to experience these options in daily life are still scarce. This club provides people with the opportunity to naturally engage with sustainable ingredients through burgers, enhancing accessibility and encouraging social action.
Description(Native)	기후 미식가를 위한 'The Monday Burger Club'은 매주 월요일 지속 가능한 식재료로 만든 버거를 제공해 환경 보호에 기여하는 소셜 클럽입니다. 현재 버거 속 육류와 유제품이 포함된 식재료는 생산 과정에서 열대림을 파괴하며, 많은 양의 온실가스를 배출합니다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 시장에는 많은 식물성 식품이 출시되었지만, 아직 이러한 재료를 일상에서 경험할 수 있는 공간은 여전히 부족합니다. 이 소셜 클럽은 사람들에게 지속 가능한 식재료를 버거로 자연스럽게 전달하며 접근성을 높입니다. 또한 일주일에 한 번 일상에서 부담 없이 환경을 위한 음식을 경험하고, 한 주를 즐겁게 시작할 기회를 제공합니다. 방문자는 빵, 고기, 치즈, 채소 중 총 6가지 식재료를 선택해 주문이 가능하며, 주문한 식재료가 환경에 미치는 영향을 인식할 수 있도록 재료별 온실가스 배출량을 타이포그래피로 표현한 영수증이 제공됩니다. 이 외에도 버거뿐만이 아니라 다양한 지속 가능한 음식을 사람들과 나누며 공유할 수 있습니다.
