Description(English) | The design started with the removal of all pre-existing walls within the flat and creating a single giant living area. The idea behind this is to remove any barriers that would separate residents and create a clear view of the entire flat. However, at the same time, structural beams, dropped ceiling and blinds are utilized to define borders and to separate public and private sectors. The centerpiece of the design is the bathroom located in the middle of the unit. The unique placement of the room allows it to become an area of attention and act as a starting point when exploring the rest of the house. |
