Description(English) | Karv One &Vanke real estate conduct an experiment for sustainable development of home and community. Based on the concept of “Homeland Childhood·Dream”, the project reawaken the pursuit of better living and created China’s first children-themed sales center, which also coincides with Vanke’s strategy of becoming urban amenity service provider. What is innovative in the project is that it not only accommodates marketing with culture, but also transforms and extends the function of the space. Initially a sales center, then a kindergarten as education facility and eventually a public community center, the project grows with the city. |
Description(Native) | 地產行銷日趨激烈的今天,功能單一和奢侈華貴的傳統銷售中心正逐漸失去市場的競爭力,迫切需要有革新觀念思維的設計來打破行業領域的局限性。峻佳設計聯手萬科地產,進行了一場關於家園與社區的可持續營造實驗,圍繞“Homeland童·夢”概念,回歸居住的初心,結合萬科地產作為城市配套服務商的戰略,打造出兒童主題銷售中心。專案的創新之處在於既能實現銷售與人文的共生,又會隨著時間遷移實現空間不同時期功能的轉變和延續。從前期以銷售為導向的銷售中心,到後期作為教育配套的幼稚園,最終演變為公共性的美好社區中心,與城市共生長。 基於專案未來將作為社區幼稚園使用的現實,實現銷售氛圍與幼稚教育之間的平衡成為設計面臨的最大挑戰。峻佳圍繞規劃佈局的六個空間——音體室、連廊、沙盤區、洽談區、多功能互動區、兒童教室,展開一場漸進的設計敘事。整體上,峻佳以“童話·童畫”作為空間主題概念衍生,七巧板地臺與白色彩虹連廊、手繪天花等童趣元素強化了空間的共鳴。交際、學習、遊樂結合在一起,這才是屬於孩子體驗成長的方式。設計團隊注意室內室外環境的自然連接與融合,呈現明媚溫暖的空間感受。當你看到家人在這裏感到快樂,你也因此願意安定停留。 本次專案設計,通過空間差異化的體驗組織和創意表達,重新定義了一種生活體驗和感知的方式。於富有童真與夢幻色彩的空間氛圍中,平衡了原有的銷售功能,讓來訪者在此感到快樂放鬆,成為居住者願意停留的理想家園。人能於城市中詩意棲居,美好的記憶與情感也得以傳承下去。 |
