Description(English)	"Glorious Youth Sales Center" project, located in Chancheng District, is located in an advantageous geographical location, near the airport, along the river as a golden zone, dependent on international high-end communities. Poly Group aims to make it into a residential community with college style, inject humanistic temperament and strengthen the cultural atmosphere of the community. This case is sales center. As a preliminary impression of the project, the sales center naturally needs to show an aesthetic atmosphere that fits the concept of the project.
Description(Native)	踏入室内，以“芳华”偏旁部首作为设计元素的墙体便映入眼帘，书本装置穿插其中，让优雅的人文气息酝酿其中，于空间内飘扬游走。前台一面红砖墙优雅伫立，向空间内部延伸，光线投射于墙面，如同照亮舞台幕布一般，静待精彩情节。白色烤漆板台面与红砖相映成趣，摩登气质与古典韵味融为一体。绿植盘景与室外景观相呼应，将生动的绿意点缀了整个空间，带来一抹抹宁静淡雅。书本以有限的厚度，收集了广阔世界的故事与智慧，它提供了一条小径，带领人们走向独特的心灵地带。当我们阅读动人文字，文字已经从眼里跳进了心里，撒下了无尽的愉悦。 随着动线步入洽谈区，仿若无意中闯入了知识的旷野。整面书墙以及随处可见的书柜凸显出“水木芳华”的文化符号，搭配温润的原木材质，将项目的文人气质发挥到极致。 设计师试图打破销售中心商业化设计的桎梏模式，以人文为基底，寻觅艺术的美妙。书墙一旁的书页艺术装置自天花垂吊而下，宛如空中飞舞的白鸽，这是献给献给爱书者的礼物：人类书写着情感、时间与死亡，而书籍使这一切永不终结，永远指导着方向。 晶莹剔透的玻璃盒子中摆放着稀奇艺术雕塑，于纯粹中安置美学意境。为了凸显出空间的艺术气质，设计师将各类艺术品藏在空间的各个角落，让观众在视线的游移当中收获惊喜，创造更具有想象力的瞬间。整个项目将人文追求与艺术美学糅合，彰显了美好生活的理念，自结构布局到软装细节，均打造了优雅的格调盛宴
