Description(English)	When we use a paper cutter without a pad it is easy to scratch the plane. Therefore, we design a new paper cutter which cannot scratch the surface. Ordinary paper cutters will scratch the desktop when in use, and we have added pads to the blades. When in use, we push out pads and blades. When we insert paper, we can cut in any scene and the pads and blades can move synchronously. What’s more，this design can switch back to the state where the blade is used independently.
Description(Native)	当我们在没有垫板的情况下使用裁纸刀很容易对一般的平面产生划痕，那样会打破桌面的整洁度与美观，以至于会影响到一部分用户的心理感受。因此我们设计了一把可以不对平面产生划痕的裁纸刀，它可以完美的防止平面的整洁度遭到破坏。普通裁纸刀在使用时非常容易划伤桌面，而我们在刀头添加了小型垫板可以防止裁纸刀对平面产生损伤，并且这个结构可以控制刀片与垫板的距离以便于使用。使用时可以将垫板和刀片同时推出，塞入纸张后即可使用，垫板会随着刀片同步移动。另外可以根据个人习惯再单独控制刀片的位置。垫板为橡胶材质拥有一定弹性，可以控制裁纸刀与平面的多种角度使用，底部的弧面可以减少与平面的摩擦，提升使用感受的同时更加提升了产品的耐用性，可以适用于多种环境下使用。另外本设计可以单独收回垫板，换成刀片独立使用的状态。
