Description(English)	The design team created a unique concept that emphasizes inter-department interaction and communication function and has more flexibility in space usage and function compare to common office. Among it, interior with overlapping circulation is used; in addition, open elevated stage area that can accommodate dozens of people also has been added, which makes the company more convenient to do educational training, lectures, and meetings; unlike in the past that the company needs to rent a space outside the office.
Description(Native)	「能量•綻放」是一個具創造性的工作場所解決方案，從事數位金融科技服務的業主，希望新辦公室能有令人耳目一新、運用豐富，且洽當的色彩計畫及優異的現場採光條件，以呈現高質感環境。設計者因應業主需求與業務組織型態，打造出強調部門間互動溝通機能，且空間使用彈性、多變，跳脫傳統辦公室想像的獨特環境。其中利用與步行動線重疊的腹地，在兼顧腹地使用坪效外，增加了可容納數十人的開放式階梯式演講舞台區，便於公司舉辦教育訓練、活動講座及全體會議的團體機能區塊，解決過去必須向外租借場地的困擾。尤其位於高樓層的本案，擁有極為開闊的視野與採光，考量到團隊組織需隨時調度、部屬的特性，內部僅隔出三處必要的密閉式隔間，其餘辦公桌則全採開放格局配置。不管是開放式獨立桌系統、滑輪式佈告欄白板、可移動的中島會議桌，或是刺激感官的大型壁畫創作，在在都是為了營造輕鬆、便利、具啟發與促進溝通的智能環境，於機能與直官感受上，打造無隔閡的新工作文化場域。
