Description(English)	It is hard to cut something hard with a knife. The proposed item is designed to be fixed at the top of the handle and to cut ingredients with ease using an auxiliary hand. The auxiliary hand added to an ordinary knife gives a feeling of superiority while one cuts ingredients with ease.
