Description(English)	Renovation cases were carried out with their existing structure and foundation. In this case, the building is located at a road intersection. We used round wrapped pillars to change the employee entrance in order to segment the entrances of the office area and conference area. As for the external walls, special paint with fair-faced concrete texture was continued to present a harmonious dialogue between white & gray and roughness & neatness. Green lawn added liveliness to the gray streets while wide French windows were installed to introduce light into the room.
Description(Native)	「續集，通常都會毀掉未完待續的故事。」 從精緻工業風延續出另外一個嶄新的辦公空間，並從中省思自身邁向未來，為本案的核心問題。 舊建物翻新的案件，以既有的結構基礎下改建，位於三角路衝的開口位置，利用圓弧包柱造型使員工入口轉向，區分辦公區域與會議空間的入口獨立性。外牆延續使用清水模質感的特殊漆，灰白之間粗糙與細膩和諧對話，綠色草坪增加了灰色街道的生機感，寬闊的落地窗引光入室。 整體配置僅以一牆之隔左右劃分出辦公區域與多用途會議空間。走進會議區映入眼簾即是植生牆與倒吊的水波紋天花板，吊燈如同水花四濺的線條，襯托出波光瀲灩的視覺體驗，促使室內空間室外化；潔白之中濃縮出一幅綠色的畫境。考量多重使用機能，無固定隔間著重對談場域開放感塑造，結合員工休憩與用餐複合機能性。呼應大門入口處弧形的線條，黑色烤漆鏡面弧形廁所門，搭配外側垂直俐落的燈光線條，結合輕盈柔和的天花板弧形間照，延續辦公室前身強烈對比的設計風格，創造更簡練內化的設計手法。 保留原始磚牆不刻意粉平，以洞洞板鐵件拉門為辦公區域的分界，堆砌由小見大的視覺層次，吊架與玻璃扶手亦注入弧形輪廓，讓打鑿留下粗曠原始牆面成為視覺主角。在有限的空間內達到寬敞舒適的辦公尺度，僅以系統活動桌板分區，保有空間彈性變動的可能性，融入足夠收納空間，維持些許隱私又溝通無礙、氣流順暢的辦公區域，有效提高工作效能，塑造喧囂之中一處能緩心創作的環境。
