Description(Native)	Sage는 노년층에게 새로운 수입을 창출하고 사회적 고립을 방지할 수 있는 온라인 근무 환경을 제공합니다. 노년층 멘토는 자체 제작된 Sage 디바이스를 통해 1:1 화상 통화, 팟캐스트 콘텐츠, 그리고 커뮤니티 답변 등을 청년층 멘티에게 제공하게 됩니다. 콘텐츠는 커리어 조언부터 건강 관리, 육아, 인간 관계 등 다양한 주제로 진행 가능합니다. 청년층 멘티는 Sage 모바일 앱을 통해 평균적으로 30년 이상의 경험으로 부터 오는 깊이 있는 멘토링을 받을 수 있습니다. 사용자 경험 측면에서 두 세대를 모두 충족시키기 위해 Sage는 각 사용자 유형에 맞춘 두 가지 별도 사용자 인터페이스를 만들었습니다. 청년층 멘티들은 앞에서 말한 것 처럼 스마트폰을 통해 쉽게 다운 받을 수 있는 모바일 앱을 통해 서비스를 사용하게 됩니다. 반면 노인들은 서비스 가입 후 자체 디자인된 Sage 디바이스를 웰컴 키트와 함께 받게됩니다. 이 디바이스는 넓은 터치 스크린, 크고 쉽게 읽을 수 있는 글씨, 직관적인 물리 버튼, 그리고 기술 지원팀에 쉽게 연락할 수 있는 고객센터 버튼이 따로 내장되어 있습니다.
