Description(English)	Hourglass bollard protects pedestrians, who does not see the traffic lights carefully while focusing on the smartphones, more effectively by transmitting signal information in the view of pedestrians’. A new material Luminopore paint can maintain brightness up to 8 hours by charging 1 hour solar power in the day time, and when it’s pedestrian light, by shooting blue LED light to the crosswalk where the paint is spread, it tells night time driving vehicles that it is pedestrian signal. Also, Hourglass bollard has hourglass motive design, so it’s possible to check the signal from every direction, and time remaining can be known intuitively.
Description(Native)	모래시계 볼라드는 스마트폰에 집중하여 신호등을 주의 깊게 보지 않고 길을 걷는 보행자들의 시야에 맞추어 신호 정보를 전달해 주기 때문에 보행자들을 보다 효과적으로 보호한다. 낮의 태양광 1시간 충전만으로 8시간까지 밝기를 유지 할 수 있는 신소재인 루미노퍼(Luminopore) 페인트를 도포한 횡단보도에 보행자 신호 시 푸른색 LED조명을 쏘아 야간 주행 중인 차량에게 보행자 신호 임을 알려준다. 또한 모래시계 볼라드는 모래시계를 모티브로 한 디자인으로 사방에서 신호 확인이 가능하고 남은 시간을 직관적으로 알 수 있다.
