Description(English)	Children’s hands must be fixed with splints, dressings or socks as an injection site may become damaged or the needle may be removed. But this method makes children uncomfortable and may also cause dangers such as infection and dermal necrosis. i-ringer, an IV guard for children, solves such issues. Its hand-shaped design fixes the patient’s hand with a minimum area to help them feel comfortable. The protective cap safeguards the injection site. The open-type, transparent protective cap helps nurses easily see the injection site and provide medical treatment. In particular, the turtle-shaped protective cap eases children’s fear of injections.
Description(Native)	무엇이든 입에 넣으려고 하는 어린아이들은 링거 주사를 맞을 때 입으로 물거나 손으로 뜯어내는 경우가 많습니다. 때로는 주사 부위를 부딪쳐 덧나거나 바늘이 빠지기도 해 의료진은 부목과 붕대, 양말 등으로 손 전체를 감싸며 손을 보호합니다. 하지만 손 전체를 감싸는 방법으로 인해 아이들은 불편함을 느낄 뿐만 아니라 감염이나 피부 괴사 등의 2차 위험에 놓이기도 합니다. 링거 주사 보호대 아이링거는 이런 문제들을 해결하기 위해 보호캡이 부착된 보호대로 제작했습니다. 보호대의 바디 부분은 최소화된 면적으로 손을 고정하고, 편안하게 놓인 손 모양을 반영해 착용 시 느끼게 되는 불편함을 줄였습니다. 손등을 덮는 보호캡은 환부를 만지지 못하도록 보호하는 역할과 동시에 여닫는 구조로 간호 처치의 편리성을 높이고, 주사액 투입 상태를 수시로 확인할 수 있도록 투명하게 제작했습니다. 특히 보호캡은 거북이 모양으로 디자인해 주사 치료에 대한 아이들의 두려움까지 감소시켜주는 역할을 합니다. 보호대의 바디 부분은 최소화된 면적으로 손을 고정하고, 편안하게 놓인 손 모양을 반영해 착용 시 느끼게 되는 불편함을 줄였습니다. 손등을 덮는 보호캡은 환부를 만지지 못하도록 보호하는 역할과 동시에 여닫는 구조로 간호 처치의 편리성을 높이고, 주사액 투입 상태를 수시로 확인할 수 있도록 투명하게 제작했습니다. 특히 보호캡은 거북이 모양으로 디자인해 주사 치료에 대한 아이들의 두려움까지 감소시켜주는 역할을 합니다.
