Description(English)	The reverse-grip-design reduces the risk of losing control of the tool due to excessive force. The extended handle gives the user the ability to use the thumb while cutting. The ergonomic circular design with a radius of 123 mm and the ideal pressure point reduces the weight of the tool and makes cutting even hard and frozen food very easy. The blade protection cover prevents the user from getting injured and ensures easy storage.
Description(Native)	與傳統圓弧形糖刀相比在設計上，採用反向握刀的使用設計讓操作更安全，鍍製抗刮的碳化鈦的刀面更適合切割含堅果的糖類與其他食材。 造型設計特點: ● 反向握持使用的設計，可降低使用者在切割握持上過度用力導致握持疲勞而鬆脫刀具的危險。 ● 加長型握柄有利於使用者透過使用大拇指出力。 ● 以刀具握持中心點為圓心出發半徑(radius)為123mm之圓弧設計，有助於滾動切割之操作並能降低刀具的重量感。 ● 個性化消水口設計的安全刀套的設計可防止使用者受傷，並保持刀具清洗後的乾燥。 產品材質： (1.)握柄：HDPE。 (2.)刀身：420J2高碳不鏽鋼 經過完整的2次回火與淬火後，外加深冷處理(SUBZERO)使鋼材硬度達到HRC 54.5度(HRC=54.5ﾟ)。 (3.)表面處理：PVD-TiC 採用物理氣相沉積(PVD)的環保製程方式鍍製黑灰色的碳化鈦 (TiC)材質可增加表面硬度，其HV可達2400↑，有助於切割堅果類食物更抗刮。 (4.)刀套：HDPE。
