Description(English)	The existing rescue tubes are so bulky and heavy that only a limited number of them can be kept, which is why they do not come in handy when rescuing lives. In addition, they take up much space. The proposed rescue tube is rolled up to deal with such problems. One can take the rolled-up tube as necessary, pulls it on both sides, inflate and throw it toward a person. The tube is easy to pump up, and can carry out the rescue mission with more affordability and efficiency.
