Description(English)	We had an image of KAJITSU NO HANA’s fruit daifuku – a confection made by wrapping seasonal fruits using traditional wagashi craftsmanship – that was of something constant, unchanging and artistic. The curves that pierce through the space of horizontal and vertical lines produce guidelines to lead the eye, and the texture beckons you to reach out and touch it. We have expressed the world of KAJITSU NO HANA’s fruit daifuku, where seasonal fruits are captured through the techniques of wagashi, by treating the daifuku as artworks neatly aligned inside a static space where time seems to have stopped.
Description(Native)	果実ノ華はクライアントと創業300年の伝統を誇る和菓子屋「鈴鹿 大徳屋長久」が共同開発されたフルーツ大福のお店である。 私たちはフルーツの食べ頃を伝統の和菓子づくりの技術で包み込んで完成された果実ノ華のフルーツ大福の背景として 静的で大福がアートのように浮かび上がるイメージを持った。 店内・店外はホワイトを基調としたシンプルな中に、和のマテリアルとモチーフを織り交ぜた。 垂直水平で構成された空間の中に貫入された曲線が、動線と視線を作り出し、触ってみたくなる角の取れた丸みがお客様の興味を誘う。 また、フルーツの瑞々しさをイメージした透明のアクリルキューブに大福を鎮座させることでディスプレイとしてのアート感を強調した。 和菓子の技術で食べ頃のフルーツの時間を閉じ込めた果実ノ華のフルーツ大福の世界観を 時間が止まったような静的な空間に整然と並ぶアート作品のようにフルーツ大福を扱うことで表現した。
