Description(English)	The design is suggested to help the victim prevent and properly respond against an unsavory crime such as a sexual harasser while using crowded public transportation. There are some people who act in a disgraceful way in busy rush hours while using public transportation in Japan and Korea. When such unsavory incidents happen, the victims in this case often fail to respond aggressively from fear of the attacker going extremes resulting in a dangerous situation or with embarrassment. The self-defense handle controls disgraceful behaviors with the minimum action in order to properly induce the response of the victims. It can also alert the attacker to avoid doing harm even when it is not in use. It can protect the relative weak people in any crowded public transportation and change the public transportation culture with their active response.
