Description(English)	In view of low temperature in the winter, the heavy snow is frozen on the pole, the tower cannot withstand the weight and collapse, we designed a high-altitude electric wire snow removal UAV to clear the ice, so that the problem of injury caused by climbing high voltage wire during deicing is solved, which reduce the labor intensity and risk for electric workers.
Description(Native)	针对冬天寒冷气温下，大雪结冰在电线杆上，导致电塔杆承受过重而倒塌，设计了高空电线除雪无人机进行清除结冰，解决人员在攀爬高压电线除冰过程导致伤忙的问题，减少电力工人的劳动强度和风险。
