Description(English)	NO RAIN is an umbrella that helps users stay away from electric shock hazards on rainy days. When the rainy season arrives, the streets will be flooded, and live electricity facilities on the streets are a serious safety hazard. Therefore, the current induction activates the light and vibration warning function on the umbrella handle. When the minimum current reaches the metal piece on the umbrella handle through the human body to activate the light and vibration warning, this can feedback the user to avoid the electric shock in the first time of danger region
Description(Native)	NO RAIN是一把帮助用户在积水的雨天街道上远离触电危害的雨伞。随着城市化便民设施建设的日益完备，在街上的电器设施随处可见，但是城市排水系统的不完善，导致雨季到来都会面临街道被淹，这些带电设施是一个很严重的安全隐患。人在水中行走的时候对于水中的情况是不了解的，长时间浸泡在冰冰的雨水中会麻痹脚的感觉，从而使你感觉不到雨水是否带电。很不幸的是每个雨季都会有触电伤亡的事故发生。市面上没有关于雨天防触电的相关产品。因此在伞柄上增加了电流感应激活灯光和震动警示功能，人体在接触到带有电的积水的时候，以最小的电流通过人体到达雨伞手柄上的金属片来激活灯光和震动警告，这样就能在危险发生的第一时间反馈给用户来远离该触电区域。
