Description(English)	This is a three-floors house location in Guangzhou Liwan old town, built around the 1930s. Designer Thomas Tse and the team, were commissioned by a post-85s generation newly married couple who bought this old house that want to transform as their wedding house. The interior design of split-level spatial pattern bring family member closer, Gardening facade improve the environment of the old community, and also help to regulate the urban microclimate. It can be attracting more and more youthful energy back to old community, and adaptively the old building and old city.
Description(Native)	這是一棟位於廣州荔灣舊城，建於約20世紀30年代間的三層老宅。面對已經被立為危險樓房，白蟻蛀蝕、經常浸水、昏暗無光、與三面鄰居共墻共窗等等的現實問題，如何植入85後初創家庭該有的年輕元素同時融合他們埋在心裡的戀舊情懷來改造這間老宅，成為困擾設計師團隊的難點。 花園式立面 在各層小平臺及室內植入綠植，形成彷如一個內外部混合的立體花園，讓鄰裡和街坊都能感受絲絲自然綠意，幫助調節城市微氣候。 下沉設計 原有的結構導致房屋每道雨季便浸水進屋，設計師謝英凱和團隊將整棟建築地台提高至800mm。為了保留居住者對整個空間視線的開闊性，同時更好利用了地台空間。 和熙暖意 團隊第二步做的是使整棟建築分成兩側，南邊室內體塊退縮，使中間形成天井，將自然光線引入到每一個空間，同時改善室內的通風情況。 結構設計 以中間的天井為核心，再將兩邊的建築設計成錯層結構，無論是光和空氣都能更自由地融入到各個空間中，開放墻體，使各層空間更通透，視覺得以更好延伸。相互串聯的空間體塊使室內動線更加活躍，同时让人與“家”更親密。 空間互通 錯層的設計讓空間與空間形成縫隙，透過縫隙，家人之間在不同樓層中都能構建一種視覺或聽覺的聯繫，形成一種新的陪伴方式，讓這個家創造更多趣性的體驗。 設計師謝英凱及團隊，由始至終都希望通過設計，讓這個被稱作“家”的房子能有更多的可能性，思考如何通過空間改變家人的相處模式，甚至是家庭關係。平衡人與建築以及周圍環境之間的關係至關重要，我們，要讓居住者對家有持續的幸福感和居住渴望的氛圍。
