Description(English)	In order to create a warm and comfortable homely space, we set up the interior illumination of natural sunlight feature to create a bright but not dazzling circumstance. The site of the house gains excellent lighting and perfect ventilation that achieved the result of energy saving. Consider the quaint exterior appearance of the building and the combination of new and old elements in the interior, we decide to adopt the gray tone with golden embellishment. Exploit a touch of brilliant color to embellish the simple public domain and private area to create unwind and stylish ambiance.
Description(Native)	為營造溫暖舒適的居家空間，選擇如同太陽照射的自然燈光，讓室內顯得明亮不刺眼，平時也配合大面積的開窗，引渡戶外良好天光入室；而原先四房的格局，則經過與建商討論，以擴大交誼空間為主，削減為二。 採光、通風佳的房屋位置，在先天座落處便已達到節能，而玄關附設的省電開關，可一鍵式控制房子中所有電燈，在出入家門時輕鬆操作；業主居於其中，能感受優良天然環境的包圍，且房屋建材也因此更能持久維護，亦節約空調的使用。 公領域的仿石材客製化美耐板，結合噴墨圖案，為自行設計而成，破除一般石材拼接的對花限制，可依據範圍大小專屬生產，於圖騰與整體性上都做出獨一無二；此外，場域中的木質多為水染鋼刷實木皮，並選偏灰階的沉靜色調，符合整體用色與風格展現。 在細部格局面，進門處的穿衣間，增加住宅內鞋櫃擺放處，浴室洗手台地板下方隱藏的管道，使維修可以在自家順利進行，免去到他戶進行修繕工作的麻煩。 而除了浴室管道的特殊設計，開放式的廚房更呼應房屋欲傳達的心念——凝聚家人的心。明亮的場域不進行特別圍塑，與餐廳相連，廚房成為使用者與外部人員互動連結的場所，讓生活的幸福在此團結發散。
