Description(English)	This project is a remodeling work that transforms the existing cafe building into a private financial office. The front windows needed to be intentionally closed due to the character of private financial business work formation. Due to the reflected landscape images, the interior space is not exposed and possible to obtain view and light for those work inside. By extending this duality to the concept, this office space creates new perspectives and actions by connecting vertically and horizontally. diagonal line, circle, reflected image.. Materiality and form interfere with and project each other, creating various events of spatial experience.
Description(Native)	이 프로젝트는 기존 카페였던 건물을 프라이빗 금융오피스로 변화시키는 리모델링 작업입니다. 전체는 3개 층으로 구성되어 있고 각 층의 프로그램들은 독립적으로 작동하며, 상부층으로 올라갈수록 더욱 프라이빗한 기능을 갖게 됩니다. 열린 공간으로서의 역활을 했을 전면 유리창들은, 프라이빗한 금융 업무를 하는 특성상 의도적인 폐쇄가 필요했습니다. 반사된 풍경 이미지들로 인하여 외부의 지나가는 사람들에게는 내부 공간이 노출되지 않고, 내부에서 일하는 사람들에게는 조망과 채광이 가능하도록 했습니다. 이런 이중성을 공간 디자인 개념으로 확장시켜, 하나의 공간이 수직적, 수평적으로 연결되고 관계를 맺어감으로써 새로운 시선과 행위를 만들어 내도록 합니다. 계단의 사선과 파티션 벽체의 사선, 뚫려 있는 원형과 매달리는 원형, 반사되는 이미지와 거친 표면의 콘크리트 등.. 물성과 형태는 서로를 간섭하고 투영하며 공간적 체험의 다양한 사건들을 만들어 내게 합니다. 우리는 공간에 머무는 모든 이들이 서로가 서로에게 영향을 주면서 아름답게 성장해가길 바랍니다.
