Description(English)	The definition of "new Chinese style" landscape concept is the necessary condition of form display.In the planning and design process of the whole site area, the design is positioned in the "new Chinese style" landscape space environment with cultural vitality, natural and humanistic harmony. At the same time, the planning should follow the terrain ecology of the regional terrain itself and the original natural resources, create a cultural landscape atmosphere on this basis, and ensure the smoothness and mobility of the traffic network.
Description(Native)	“新中式”风格景观理念的确定是形态展示的必要条件。“新中式”风格景观整体规划上需要结合中国传统绘画理论所带来的灵感，同时也要秉持着自然生态与人文之间的可持续发展。整个基址区域在规划设计过程中，设计定位在文化活力、自然人文和谐共存的“新中式”风格景观空间环境。规划的同时，应当遵循区域地形本身的地形生态以及原有自然资源，在此基础上打造具有文化底蕴景观氛围，并且要保证交通路网的畅通性与流动性。文化展示景观空间主要借助原有建筑进行更新，形成具有联动的建筑景观空间，同时达到文化传递的作用。遗迹保留更新景观空间则是对中央区域原有工业车间进行保留并赋予其一定功能性，同时也要强调四大板块的景观空间交往性。功能性精神堡垒景观空间则是以该区域内冷却池作为原型，赋予其标志性、地标性作用，同时满足功能性，满足审美主体感官与体验的极佳状态。民宿展示景观空间则主要借助该区域自然环境得天独厚的条件，地势偏高、植被丰富、气候温润，可以达到“慢生活”的生活态度，给予体验者身心回归自然那种静谧意蕴的体验。基于以上景观空间的划分，必须要秉持“新中式”风格的主导向设计，利用“气韵生动”画论思想融入其中，进而使“新中式”风格景观同时具有文化软实力与自然和谐力。
