Description(English)	According to 3.15, the 60th anniversary emblem design borrows the shape of the Taegeuk symbolizing Korea and the motif of a torch in the number 6, and the number 0 also expresses the emblem by combining the motif of the torch. In the expression of the torch, the theme of the design, the number 6 dynamically expresses the 3.15 uprising, which shed light on the beginning of the popular uprising, in the form of a torch, and the number 0, the movement of the torch, reveals that no injustice can exist in front of freedom and justice.
Description(Native)	3·15의거는 대한민국의 첫 민주화 운동임과 동시에 학생 의거로서 2020년, 60주년을 맞이하여 3·15의 정신을 계승하여 많은 사람에게들에게 새롭게 인식하게 하는 엠블럼 디자인을 개발하게 되었습니다. 엠블럼 디자인의 개발 전략으로서 3·15의거를 아우를 수 있으며 함축적으로 상징화 할 수 있는 표현 모티브를 디자인 언어로 재탄생 시켜서 엠블럼의 이미지를 가치체계에서 총체적으로 견인, 사람들의 사고 과정에 강인한 효익으로 인식될 수 있도록 하였습니다. 3.15 의거 60주년 기념 엠블럼 디자인은 숫자 6에는 대한민국을 상징하는 태극의 조형과 횃불의 모티브를 차용하고 숫자 0역시 횃불의 조형을 모티브로 결합하여 전체적인 엠블럼의 형태미를 나타내고 있습니다. 디자인의 주요 테마인 횃불의 표현에서 숫자 6은 민주화 운동으로서의 민중항쟁의 효시를 밝힌 3.15 의거를 횃불 모습으로 역동성 있게 표현하고 숫자 0은 횃불의 운동감으로 자유 정의 앞에 어떠한 불의와 독재도 존재할 수 없음을 밝히고 있습니다. 궁극적으로는 3·15 의거의 정신을 계승하여 많은 사람에게들에게 새롭게 인식을 밝히는 엠블럼의 역활을 함축적 상징성으로 나타내었습니다.
