Description(English)	"Do you often ache all over because of the bad postures or there's no time for bodily exercise?" In view of the body aches caused by modern people’s living habits and daily routines, moreover, we found that nearly 90% of the people have experienced body aches through the questionnaire survey. Therefore, we hope that it can help people prevent body aches by doing stretches every day. Happy Stretching Day Calendar promotes 365 simple stretching illustrations for people to do stretches. Follow us to do stretches every day, so that you're able to develop good stretching habits and have a happy healthy life!
Description(Native)	「每日一伸展，身心不再煩。」 你常常會因為沒時間運動或姿勢不良而感到身體酸痛嗎？ 有鑒於現代人忙碌的生活步調與不良習慣， 且透過問卷調查發現近9成的民眾有身體痠痛的困擾， 加上民眾病識感普遍偏低，希望在造成更嚴重的疾病之前， 能藉由每日伸展來保養身體且預防痠痛的發生。 於是，我們將365種淺顯易懂的伸展動作融入日曆， 並以細緻可愛的扁平化人物插畫做為表現手法， 藉由角色插畫的方式帶領大眾做伸展運動， 進而培養大眾每天運動的習慣，每週可以舒緩到全身， 例如:星期五為紓緩臀部痠痛的金雞獨立式、 星期二為紓緩肩頸的牛面式。 以有趣的角度為伸展動作取名，讓整體較不制式化， 日曆內也收錄國內外的特色節慶，使日曆本身更加活潑有趣！ 在角色設定方面，我們總共設計12個月份的人物來引導大眾做伸展運動， 其中角色設定包括常見的職業、年齡、穿搭風格等等，並藉台灣近年的菜市場名作為命名方式， 意指做伸展並不困難，人人都能輕鬆上手。 期許大眾能透過這本日曆，在未來的每個日子都跟著我們一起， 讓伸展成為日常並養成良好的運動習慣，擁有健康的快樂生活！
