Description(English)	The design focuses on the combination with local cultural characteristics, which comes from the urban appearance of Guangzhou's inspiration. Extracting square boxes as design elements to reshape the urban neighborhood relationship and create neighborhood shared space, using modern modeling and new material collocation, combined with local cultural characteristics, throughout all the public space. It’s not only to meet the needs of business or long-term living groups, but also aims to create a shared space with warm, quality and fun, and bring a soft and sweet life style for the busy urbanites.
Description(Native)	岭居创享公寓面对更多的是年轻的客人，所以在选材上要更多年轻新超元素，再结合需要营造温馨的氛围。首选近几年新起的水磨石代替石材，有着造价优势，无缝痕任意调色拼花美观效果。设计上注重与当地文化特色结合，灵感来源于广州街头巷尾左邻右里的城市相貌，提取方块盒子为设计元素，重塑都市邻里关系，创造邻里“共享空间”。设计运用现代造型及新材质搭配、与当地文化特色结合，贯穿于大堂吧，餐厅，共享空间，健身房及多功能会议室等公共空间，不仅满足商务或长期居住不同的人群需求，更旨在打造一个有温度、有品质、有乐趣的“共享空间”，为忙碌都市的人群带来更温馨的生活方式。 设计源于生活，始于需求。空间布局在满足最基本的项目需求下，需灵活变通地思考到空间实际使用的复杂性。为了更符合岭居项目“左邻右里”主题概念，在空间布局上增加更多互动共享的功能元素，给消费者更多不一样的体验。在设计选材上，需先根据项目定位。岭居是岭南酒店旗下的青年公寓酒店，面对更多的是年轻的客人，所以在选材上要更多年轻新超元素，再结合需要营造温馨的氛围。首选近几年新起的水磨石代替石材，有着造价优势，无缝痕任意调色拼花美观效果。
