Description(English)	The Smile symbol is an icon that anyone in the world can easily recognize. We designed this global symbol and used it as the identity of this branding that allows us to read and feel emotions without text. Smile, which was swimming in space, crashes lands on Earth. It needs 'Smile Energy' to go back to hometown star. Users can participate in various events to gather smile energy in this 'Smile Worldview'. In various media and platforms, Smile design encourages users to participate to become friends. Smile design joins as a laughter messenger and main character of the event to get into the worldview with pleasure.
Description(Native)	스마일 심볼은 전세계 누구나 쉽게 인지할 수 있는 아이콘이다. 우리는 텍스트 없이 읽고 감정을 느낄 수 있는 이 글로벌한 상징을 디자인하여 본 브랜딩의 아이덴티티로 사용하였다. 감정 표현과 행동, 직업, 콘텐츠 등 다양한 확장으로 거대 조형물, 방송, SNS, 영화, 웹사이트, 굿즈 등에 적용되었다. 이 심볼 디자인은 다양한 매체와 플랫폼에서 동일한 연상 이미지를 구축하는 ‘통합 아이덴티티 디자인’으로서 이 거대한 이벤트를 주도, 명확한 디자인 솔루션이 되었다. 스마일은 우주를 유영하던 중 지구에 불시착 한다. 고향 별로 돌아가기 위해서는 ‘스마일 에너지’가 필요한 상황. 사용자들은 이 ‘스마일 세계관’ 속에서 스마일 에너지를 모으는 다양한 이벤트에 참여하게 된다. 다양한 매체와 플랫폼 속에서 스마일 디자인은 사용자의 참여를 유도하고 도우며 친구가 된다. 사용자들이 즐겁게 세계관 속으로 빠져들 수 있도록 웃음 메신저이자 이벤트의 주인공으로서 스마일 디자인이 함께한다. 채널A는 10년을 함께해준 많은 시청자들이 그저 웃으며 행복했으면 좋겠다는 생각으로 10년 기념을 함께하려 한다. 이것이 시장 차별화 접근이며, ‘심볼’을 활용한 통합 디자인으로 이벤트를 주도하며 브랜드에 긍정적 인지를 제고한다.
