Description(English)	NIRO-Max can use the comprehensive application of distance judgment, lip movement recognition, and speech recognition technology to identify the main interlocutor in a multi-person conversation in a noisy environment, improve the recognition accuracy, and bring smarter experience. The popularity of AED in China is relatively low compared to Western countries. The staff who can use AED is even more limited. We have added AED emergency function to Max, and AED is equipped in the trunk. NIRO-Max can show you how to use the AED through a screen demonstration. Max's mobility increases the coverage of the AED and can also help guide rescue efforts.
Description(Native)	Max作为机场服务机器人，可以为旅客提供：值机办理、智能选座、退改签、航班查询、餐饮推荐、地图导览等功能。由于在办理业务过程中会存在用户隐私安全问题，max的显示屏设计成内凹型，同时语音音量的大小会根据用户与机器人的距离做自动调整。高效的语音交互能力配合24寸触摸屏，max可以更高效的为机场的旅客提供服务。Max造型友好、可爱，是吸引用户的因素之一，提供主动、自然的交互体验则是提升用户使用意愿的关键。语音交互识别率低、体验差是现在很多机器人产品面临的问题。尤其在嘈杂环境中，机器人常会收录他人的说话内容。这会使用户产生挫败感和不信任感。所以在语音交互方面，max通过距离判断、唇动识别、语音识别技术的综合应用，可以在嘈杂环境的多人对话中，分辨出主要对话者，提高识别准确率，为用户带来更聪明、智能的体验。在中国AED的普及和覆盖率相对欧美国家是相当低的。会使用该产品的工作人员更加有限。考虑到max机器人应用于机场这样的公共场合。我们为Max增加了AED急救功能，后备箱内配备了AED。max可以通过屏幕演示指导如何使用AED。Max的移动性增加了AED的覆盖范围，同时也可以帮助指导急救工作。
