Description(English)	COVID 19 has cut off volunteers from looking for the elderly living alone. Also, that situation cut off communication between the old man and his child. Eventually, the elderly became more lonely and exposed to the risk of depression and dying alone. So we thought about how to solve the communication problem between the elderly and children naturally. MAUM is a smart flowerpot that helps people communicate with the elderly who lives alone by showing figuratively how they are doing.When an old man's flowerpot tilts, his child's flowerpot tilts equally. MAUM makes children to talk about how their parent doing to their parent themselves.
Description(Native)	코로나 시대가 도래하며, 자원봉사자들의 발길조차 끊기며 독거노인들은 더욱 외로워졌습니다. 그들을 위해 독거노인 가정에 홈씨씨티비를 설치하는 수요가 늘었습니다. 그러나 이것이 오히려 그들의 노인인권을 침해하거나 서로간의 소통을 불필요하게 했습니다. 그래서 저희는 홈가드닝, 반려식물 취미를 공유하며 소통하고, 화분으로 노인의 안부를 파악 할 수 있는 제품, 마음을 디자인 했습니다. 마음의 디자인적 특징은 노인의 화분이 메마르면 노인과 자녀의 화분이 동시에 기울어진다는 것 입니다. 이 기능은 그의 자녀들이 스스로 노인들에게 안부 전화를 드릴 수 있도록 유도하는 기능입니다. 노인과 자녀에게 화분의 기울기는 각각 다른 의미로 다가옵니다. 물 주는 시기를 자주 잊어버리는 노인에겐 급수 시기를 알려주는 알림기능이, 자녀에게는 노인의 안부를 간접적으로 파악할 수 있게 해주는 경고의 기능이 됩니다. 추가적으로, 노인에게 반려식물 기르기의 재미를 선사해주는 모션 피드백 기능, 그리고 편리한 분갈이를 돕는 모듈식 화분이 탑재되어 있습니다.
