Description(English)	This project is based on a composition that allows customers to enjoy changing scenes in every detail, and we hope that they discover something in this space while savoring the exquisite cuisine. In Japanese architecture, the connection with a garden is essential, and the boundary between the inside and the outside is extremely delicate. We created this architecture with the idea that reconstructing the elements that Japanese architecture inherently has with the minimum amount of expression would make the time for Japanese food even more beautiful.
Description(Native)	敷地の西側に南から北に抜ける路地を設けた。路地を進み「天真」と書かれた暖簾をくぐる。戸を引き中に入ると庭の池が見えだす。たたきで靴を脱ぎ上がると右手に白い暖簾がかけられた天ぷらの「天真」がある。格子戸をあけ中に入るとこの字カウンターと空間に浮かんだ屋根形の天井に包まれる。着座すると眼前には滝が流れ、池と庭が広がり内と外が一体になる。日本建築は庭とのつながりが重要である、その内と外の境界は極めて繊細でその視線美を味わうことが最高の贅沢である。それは本物の天ぷら料理に華を添えることにもなる。「衣食住」が充実した瞬間こそ至福の時間となるのである。 　また地下のワインカーブは池の井戸水により冷やされストックされたワインや日本酒は最高のコンディションである。ワインカーブを囲むように二階への階段がある、上階は大広間となっていてここでも大きな屋根形の天井が浮かぶ、そこからは東に庭園を望む大きな開口部があり上からの庭を楽しむことが出来一方西面には天井と壁との間に高さ一尺五寸の横長窓が続き、近隣住居を視覚から外しながら周囲の山々を望める設定である。 　細部にわたり場面の転回を味合う構成であり、絶品の料理を楽しみながらこの空間で何かを発見していただきたい。最少の表現で本来日本の建築が持っているエレメントを再構築することが、日本の食の時を一層美しくするとの思いでこの建築を構成させた。
