Description(English)	When cutting harder fruits and vegetables like corn, people will habitually press the back of the knife with the palm to assist in the effort, although the sharp back of the knife often cuts the palm. After people have cut the vegetables, they will fall off the knife when they shovel the cut vegetables into the pot with the blade of a knife. Concerning both problems above, we redesigned the kitchen knife: the curved back of the knife is more conducive to safe gripping, ergonomic, and efficiently prevents the dish from falling from the knife. The smooth and concise shape is simple to produce.
Description(Native)	日常的生活中，人们在切玉米等较硬的果蔬时，总会无意识地用手掌按压刀背以辅助发力，但锋利的刀背常会割伤手心。此外，人们切完菜后用刀身将切好的菜铲进锅里时，菜总会从刀上散落下来。现有的菜刀并不能很好的解决这两个问题。针对上述两个问题，我们的设计师将菜刀重新设计：在现有菜刀的基础上，在刀背卷起一个弧形的把手，卷起的刀背更利于安全地抓握，符合人机工程学，且有效的阻挡了铲起的菜从刀上掉落。同时刀柄缩口的设计，既能有效的防止脱手，又有利于生产过程中脱模。材料选用不锈钢。制作工艺上，得益于整体流畅简洁的造型，可以采用模具冲压一次成型的工艺。产品的整体尺寸如下，整高90mm、整长300mm、整宽30mm、刀刃长200mm、刀柄长100mm。总的来说，这一设计的优点在于，细致地观察到了人们日常使用菜刀的习惯，并且通过了一个简单的形态变化，巧妙地打通了“拍刀背”“刀身铲菜两个设计点。同时整体流畅的造型，便于一体成形的生产。
