Description(English)	The Terrace is a healing space within the downtown that is formed inside Dongtan branch of Lotte department store. The Eye composed of glass walls is a rest-specialized space. With the concept of pupil of Dongtan looking down Dongtan downtown, it is named The Eye, and the table with an elliptic shape and surrounded by glass walls is composed of the unique design drawing up the shape such as pupil. The fountain with masterpieces projected onto the water surface is formed in elliptic pond form. The playground that allows children to joyously play has nature formed inside the department store.
Description(Native)	더 테라스는 2021년 8월 오픈하는 롯데백화점 동탄점 내부에 조성된 예술과 휴식, 즐거움이 조화를 이루는 도심 속 힐링 공간입니다. 유리 벽과 바 테이블로 구성된 디아이는 SRT 동탄역과 동탄 도심 중심지가 내려다보이는 탁 트인 전망에서 도심과 자연이 이루어져 함께 쉬어 갈 수 있는 휴식 특화 공간입니다. 동탄 도심을 내려다보는 동탄의 눈동자라는 컨셉으로 디아이라는 명칭이 붙었으며, 타원형의 모양과 유리 벽으로 둘러 쌓인 테이블은 눈동자와 같은 형상을 그려내는 독특하고 신선한 디자인으로 이루어졌습니다. 수면상에 명화가 띄워지는 분수대는 예술을 담은 연못 분수대라는 컨셉으로 타원형의 연못 형태로 조성되어 많은 사람들이 분수대를 둘러싸고 명화를 감상할 수 있도록 예술과 실용성이 담긴 디자인으로 이루어졌습니다. 아이들이 즐겁게 놀 수 있는 플레이 그라운드는 도심의 중심지인 백화점 내부에 자연을 조성하여 아이들이 도심 속에서도 자연을 즐기며 놀 수 있는 도심과 자연이 어우러진 디자인으로 이루어졌습니다. 도심과 자연의 조화, 휴식과 예술과 즐거움을 담은 디자인으로 구성된 더 테라스는 다양하고 특별한 경험을 선사할 롯데백화점 동탄점의 시그니처 공간입니다.
