Description(English)	Shanghai is a place where Eastern and Western cultures converge. This project is located in the center of Shanghai.The interior space is designed in a colonial style.The colors are contrasted with black and white.The materials, such as terrazzo cut into small bricks, woven texture paper, and shutters with Far Eastern architectural style, all show a strong oriental flavor and colonialism.Besides,the overall space is modern and minimal.The minimalist islands and hanging fireplaces in the living room not only show the philosophy of the 'Zen',but also show the sophisticated and elegant side of owner.
Description(Native)	上海是个一个东西文化汇聚的地方，本项目位于中国上海市中心。在东方的经济中心创造一个殖民风格的设计是极具挑战性的。ISSI DESIGN计划在中国最繁华的城市创造一个兼具现代感极简主义殖民风格的居住空间。 项目是一间私人住宅设计，室内空间采用殖民地风格设计。整体色彩以黑白为主，形成强烈作为对比。在设计中，多样化的材料应用体现了设计的专业感——例如切割成小砖的水磨石，编织纹理的垟纸，及具远东建筑风格的百叶窗等，均展示出浓厚的远东味道及殖民地主义色彩。 此外，整个居住空间以现代简约方式处理表现。例如客厅中极简的岛台以及悬挂式的壁炉等，不但表现出东方“禅”的哲学，也展示出东方文人雍容，儒雅的一面。 而在空间细节处理中，设计师采用了极简的处理手法。硬装部分墙体的暗门和电源插座面板的隐秘处理，令设备在满足使用功能的同时，又不破坏空间整体的气氛。最终，我们创造出令客户满意的居住空间。 ——该项目于2020年12月在中国上海完成。
