Description(English)	The lobby design adopts irregular facades and the divided ceiling to present the image of forest, using minimalist German-style floor-to-ceiling windows to provide more indoor daylight and giving access to view the natural landscape outside. The front desk design uses an irregular-cut mass shape and arranged with a marble finish to have a good correlation with the wall material. Various sizes of stone-shaped couches are arranged in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, and together with the exterior landscape, they form a natural Zen meaning.
Description(Native)	由於此公寓大樓定位為中高價位的房型，設計師希望以現代的森林美學的格調符合其客群需求的檔次。大廳採用不規則的立面及天花分割，呈現出樹林的意象，利用德式簡約風格及採光落地窗與外部自然景觀結合。櫃檯設計方面以不規則切面量體造型搭配白色大理石紋路外皮與壁面材質相呼應。大廳不同大小的石形沙發椅，排列在落地窗前，與外部景觀形成自然禪意的畫面。整體公設強調功能性和實用性，追求簡潔及容易保養，落實持久耐用性。此公寓大樓位於面對頭前溪水岸的角地，在整體設計規劃上希望可以呼應外部自然環境，運用現代感風格，為住戶們打造出舒適輕鬆卻也大氣典雅的公共空間。主要住客群為科技工程師、專業人士等，設計師兼顧其簡約素雅生活格調的喜好，避開華麗繁複的元素，以利落簡約的設計手法，搭配適當的材質，營造出持久使用且保養容易的公設空間，設計師避免繁複的公設設計，不納入華麗的裝飾或豪華古典的元素，塑造符合主要年齡層客群期望的大氣典雅的公共空間。
