Description(English)	Goal is to create living environment that take care of elderly overall wellbeing. Safety is of utmost important, achieved by 1- material choice: nonslip flooring, easy clean fabric, custom handrails, light colour tops; 2– spatially: transparency of space through sliding glass windows and doors, reduce clutter, areas for sitting (bathroom and entrance), and no floor level-difference throughout. 3– technology: sensor lighting, electrical mattress, remote controlled curtain. Layout redesigned for need of wheelchair access and live-in nurse in future. All features are design in a subtle way to allow independent senior living.
