Kyunghoon Kim is a space creator and architect who focuses on relational design, with experience in various facility projects and a wide spectrum of spatial work across different scales. Kyunghoon served as the Design Principal at Junglim Architecture, one of Korea’s leading architectural companies, where he shaped the company’s design direction. He then transitioned to lead the Next. Integrated. Design Lab, a cutting-edge lab focused on future-integrated design. He is currently the representative of jpa. of Junglim Architecture, serving as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO), focusing on space branding and design, and working on various spatial projects.

In 2012, Kyunghoon was selected as one of the world's 100 architects by the International Union of Architects (UIA), and in 2023, he was awarded for his contributions to the development of the architectural field and the promotion of architectural culture. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Architecture, Culture, and Art Committee at the Korean Institute of Architects, fostering broad exchanges and communication between architecture and various cultural and artistic sectors.

Kyunghoon has won several prestigious architectural awards, including the Korean Architectural Award (2018, 2011, 2006), the Korean Civil & Architectural Award (2009), the Korean Ecological Architecture and Environment Award (2019, 2018), and the Korean Remodeling of Architects Award (2021, 2019). Additionally, He has received multiple design awards, including the Asian Townscape Awards (2021), the Asia Design Prize, Gold medal (2020), and the K-Design Award, Gold medal (2019).
