Lovorika Banovic is Danish designer born in Sarajevo BiH 1967. Graduated from the Danish Design School (now The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts – The School of Design) in 1996. She lives and works in Copenhagen. Member of Danish Design Association and Cabinet Makers Autumn Exhibition which is under the protection of HRH Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark. She is a winner of several national and international design awards. She collaborated with various brands among which Menu, Kvist, PP Møbler, Erik Jørgensen, MA/U Studio, DePadova and many others. She runs her studio Lovorika Banovic Design. She is currently Head of Product Design for Flying Tiger Copenhagen A/S. Some of her works were exhibited at ASI Art Museum Reykjavik, London Design Festival, Maison Du Danemark Paris, Design Museum Denmark, The Chicago Athenaeum, Trapholt – Museum of Modern Art, Ordrupgaard Museum, Salone Satellite Milano, Red Dot Design Museum Essen, Tokyo Design Center, Riga, Helsinki etc.
