Description(English)	Have you ever had a conflict with a neighbor? <hohoHome> is a communication kit that helps to defuse apartment conflicts, which have become an urgent social problem that goes beyond petty squabbles to civil conflicts, legal disputes, and accidental criminal incidents. Most people say they want to "resolve conflicts between neighbors amicably," but what's needed most is a little more compassion for our neighbors and the courage to reach out. That's why <hohoHome> was created as a communication kit to help people but are looking for ways to live better together, and for those who are new to apartment living.
Description(Native)	이웃과의 갈등을 겪어 본 적 있나요? 커뮤니케이션 키트 <hohoHome>은 사소한 다툼을 넘어 민원 갈등과 법적 분쟁, 우발적 범죄 유발 등 시급히 해결해야 할 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 공동주택 갈등을 완화시키는 데 도움이 되는 커뮤니케이션 키트입니다. 대부분의 사람들은 “이웃 간 갈등을 원만히 해결하길 원한다”고 하는데, 이를 위해 가장 필요한 것은 이웃을 생각하는 조금 더 넓은 마음과 먼저 손 내미는 용기일지도 모릅니다. 그래서 명확한 법적 해결 방법을 제시할 수는 없어도, 함께 더 잘 지내기 위한 방법을 찾고 있는 사람들, 공동주택 생활이 처음인 사람들을 위해 공동주택 생활에 도움이 되기 위해 커뮤니케이션 키트 <hohoHome>이 탄생했습니다. 공동주택 갈등이 심화되는 이유로 많은 전문가들이 이웃에 대한 배려와 이해가 부족한 공동체 문화를 지적합니다. 이웃을 배려한다는 기본적인 원칙아래 법과 규제도 작동할 수 있다는 것이죠. 가벼운 인사조차 나누지 않는 이웃과 ‘이웃사촌’이 되어 서로를 이해하고 소통하도록 도와줄 중재자가 필요합니다. <hohoHome>은 이웃에 대한 배려와 이해가 부족한 공동체 문화를 형성하고, 보다 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 중재자의 역할을 합니다.
