Description(English)	Cathay Run 2023 is an internal event aimed as raising employees' awareness of health and bolstering camaraderie. It is also the company's first large scale public event held after the Covid-19 pandemic. Key design concepts include: The idea of "Keep Running" embodies the guidance and support Cathay Group provides to its staff. And the arrow symbol shows supports and leads the employees toward the shared goal. Finally the neon green represent our battery are "fully-charged" and can keep moving forward.
Description(Native)	Cathay Run 2023是一項內部企業路跑競賽，旨在展現國泰世華銀行對於員工健康和凝聚力的關注，也是繼新冠肺炎（Covid-19）疫情之後，首度公開的大型企業活動，超過3,000名員工與家人、寵物參與，促進公司與家庭互動。活動目標在於透過各項元素的設計，強調國泰世華銀行對於員工健康、家庭凝聚力以及企業價值的重視，並鼓勵員工與家人一同參與，共同邁向未來的60年。2023年Cathay Run以「Keep Running」為核心概念，象徵企業對員工的引導支持，鼓勵員工不斷進步、勇於挑戰，攜手共創美好未來；「箭頭設計」視覺元素代表著國泰從旁輔助，引領員工持續向前，朝向共同目標前進的方向。「螢光綠」象徵員工於新冠肺炎（Covid-19）疫情之後「充滿電力、持續前進」的精神。
