Description(English)	Three guidebooks replace abundant text with simple and clear icons to help the caregiver in understanding more quickly. The game for patients who has a stroke "Meet the Weaver" uses ancient Chinese stories to combine the rehabilitation postures commonly used for stroke patients. Another game for dementia patients. By putting the puzzles together, card matching and answering the questions. About the App, it provides recording and organizing functions; the platform is easy in use, which is convenient for caregivers to record all the daily conditions.
Description(Native)	三大疾病指南書，針對三種長者會容易面臨的疾病，並整理出容易面臨的各種狀況，以簡單明瞭的圖示取代大量文字，協助照顧者更快速理解。設計綁帶可讓照顧者依據需求將指南書自由變換，增加便利性。 中風遊戲「與織女相見」利用中國古代故事結合中風常用到的復健姿勢，長者在使用娃娃垂直移動的同時，可訓練手臂的握力及肌力訓練。另一款失智遊戲「美好年代」則是融合了拼圖以及翻翻樂的功能，長者透過拼圖整合的訓練、卡牌的配對以及回答上方的問題，訓練對周遭的觀察力以及記憶力。 樂扶小鎮App，此 App 提供各項紀錄、新聞消息及遊戲輔具，簡單操作的介面設計，方便照顧者記錄長者的所有日常狀況，為照顧者提供更直接的協助。遊戲輔具部分可直接掃描海報上或是紙本遊戲中的 QR Code 進入，提供動畫和音樂的功能，刺激長者的感官感受。
