Description(English) DaJing Omakase Dining redefines plant-based fine dining by fusing Eastern Taoist philosophy with modern culinary art. Focused on nature, wellness, and balance, it targets refined consumers seeking renewal. "DaJing PuShi" evokes vastness, purity, and essence. The logo, inspired by the character "Da," blends human imagery with flowing lines suggesting aromas and landscapes. Minimalist brushstrokes balance tradition and clarity. Scarlet red and deep indigo symbolize vitality and calm. Through rituals, seasonal menus, and sensory design, DaJing refines Eastern philosophy into a plant-based dining journey.
Description(Native) 大境璞食以東方道禪精神結合自然蔬食哲學,重新定義Fine Dining領域中的蔬食體驗。品牌定位以「自然、養生、身心平衡」為核心,目標族群鎖定注重生活質感、追求心靈療癒的中高端消費者。設計策略從品牌精神出發,強調順應四時、尊重食材本味,形塑出循時本味,蔬然食養的品牌世界觀。 品牌命名「大境璞食」凝練了這一定位思考。「大境」象徵自然遼闊與心靈沉靜,「璞食」指向食材純粹未加矯飾的本質。名稱同時回應空間意象與料理哲學,為整體體驗奠定語意基礎。 標誌設計取篆書「大」字為形,融入「人」的意象,展現以人為本、順應自然的品牌思想。上方線條流動,如香氣氤氳,亦如山巒起伏,呼應食物、空間與心境之間的流轉。筆觸節奏講求張弛有度,結合東方書法的氣韻與現代設計的簡潔,使標誌在國際視覺語境中同時具有文化深度與辨識性。 標準字體則以楷書結構融篆體精神,適度留白,強化品牌的東方韻味,同時兼顧現代閱讀性。色彩策略選用緋紅與黛藍,分別代表生命力與靜謐,構築出動靜平衡的情感層次。 整體風格營造圍繞「身心重置」展開,從入口足浴儀式、四時更迭的蔬食套餐到結尾的祝祈小籤,透過空間、體驗與視覺語言的整合,建構一段由外而內、由感官至心靈的沉靜旅程。 大境璞食從策略定位到視覺語言,始終圍繞自然與人文的核心,展現東方精神在當代設計語境下的精緻轉譯,形塑出蔬食文化的新典範。
