Description(English)	Seoul developed pictograms to warn and guide citizens through 12 types of urban disasters, including emerging threats like drone attacks and EV fires. The project addresses compound disasters—where multiple events occur simultaneously—and new technological risks. While based on ISO 7001, the pictograms use hybrid forms with detailed illustrations to convey specific actions. A 29×29 unit grid with 15-degree angles ensures design consistency. Seoul’s local color SC2905 enhances clarity and usability across various applications.
Description(Native)	쓰레기 풍선, 복합구간 다중추돌사고, 전기차 화재, 드론 테러 등 문화, 기술의 발전과 함께 인간에게 닥치는 재난의 유형도 다양해지고 있습니다. 서울시는 서울내에서 일어나는 주목할 만한 재난 유형을 12가지로 정리하여 이를 경고하고 행동 요령을 알리는 픽토그램을 개발하였습니다. 이번에 개발된 재난 비상 상황 시민행동요령은 일반적인 재난 유형과 2가지 이상의 재난이 복합적으로 일어나는 복합 재난과 새로운 형태의 재난 등 다양한 종류의 재난을 설정하게 되었습니다. 국제표준화기구에서 정한 7001내용을 준수하되, 복합 재난이라는 특수성으로 인하여 전통적인 작도법에서 변형된 형태의 픽토그램이 불가피했습니다. 따라서, 구체적인 행동 묘사가 표현될 수 있는 일러스트레이션의 디테일을 채용한 하이브리드 형태의 픽토그램으로 개발 방향을 설정하였습니다. 따라서 여러 재난요소가 동시에 일어나는 복합적 재난 상황과, 변화하는 새로운 형태의 재난에 재빠르게 대응할 수 있도록 유도합니다. 대각의 각도는 15의 배수를 사용하였으며, 29*29 유닛에서 1유닛을 기본으로 설정되었습니다. 또한 다양한 장소에서의 활용과 제작을 감안하여 서울지역색(SC2905)을 채택하여 사용했습니다.
