Description(English) | Recent surveys revealed that nearly 40% of elementary school students had encountered fraud, while 20% fell victim to it. This revelation prompted Cathay United Bank to design this Child Fraud Awareness Program, aimed at providing anti-fraud education for children through tailored multimedia content. Such content has been incorporated into school curricula and is available to 2,600 schools throughout Taiwan. Furthermore, we collaborated with Kuai Kuai, Taiwan’s classic snack, to launch themed snacks to boost fraud awareness, distributing them at the Taipei Zoo and other popular locations - reaching out to over 150,000 people. |
Description(Native) | 臺灣近年詐騙手法層出不窮,近5年詐騙案件大幅攀升,2024年財損更突破500 億元。而現今孩童更早接觸數位社群,經調查顯示,近四成國小孩童曾遇過網路詐騙、兩成被詐騙成功,國泰世華銀行發現,我們必須提早預防,針對國小高年級生進行識詐教育,設計識詐影音教材擴充至學校課綱內,提供全國2,600所小學作為課程補充教材,並於偏鄉學校進行線上識詐課程,預計展開100場以上宣導。我們與國民經典零食品牌「乖乖」跨界合作推出反詐聯名包,並於天文館、兒童新樂園、動物園等公共場域推廣,預計接觸15萬人次以上。專案目標不僅將識詐教育向下扎根避免學童受騙,預防他們日後成為詐騙集團利用的工具,藉由學童將識詐知識傳遞至每一個家庭當中。 |
